Job description

Part-Time Invoicing Clerk Custom Home Builder & Remodeler – Santa Fe, NM

Established Santa Fe custom home builder and remodeling company seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Invoicing Clerk to support our growing team.

This hybred position offers flexible scheduling across the workweek and approximately 12–20 hours per week .

Responsibilities

  • Gather and organize all pertinent client and project information needed to create invoices
  • Prepare and issue invoices for completed work on a weekly basis
  • Coordinate invoice details and documentation with the company bookkeeper
  • Maintain accurate digital records and filing systems
  • Assist with tracking project billing information and job documentation
  • Create and maintain project budgets through the span of the project
  • Communicate professionally with internal team members regarding billing needs

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Familiarity with construction software platforms
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality

Schedule & Compensation

  • Part-time: 12–20 hours per week
  • Flexible scheduling across the workweek
  • Compensation based on experience
