Spirit of the Position:

The Event Parking Supervisor is responsible for supporting the day-to-day event parking operation for Summit FC events. This position helps oversee Event Parking Ambassadors, assists with guest flow, supports customer service needs, and ensures the parking areas are operating safely and efficiently.

The Event Parking Supervisor will help lead the ambassador team, answer questions, resolve guest concerns, communicate with management, and make sure team members are properly positioned throughout the parking lots. This role requires strong communication, leadership, reliability, and the ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced event environment.

Schedule: Part-time, event-based schedule. Must be available for Summit FC scheduled event dates.

Principal Job Duties:

  • Supervise Event Parking Ambassadors during Summit FC events.
  • Support the manager with daily event operations and team coordination.
  • Meet and greet each customer with courtesy and excellent customer service.
  • Assist guests entering and exiting Summit FC parking areas.
  • Ensure ambassadors are properly positioned throughout assigned parking areas.
  • Help direct guests to QR codes for parking payment.
  • Assist guests with basic mobile payment or technology-related questions when needed.
  • Monitor guest flow and help resolve traffic or parking concerns.
  • Communicate with management, ambassadors, and traffic directors throughout the shift.
  • Answer customer service questions courteously, professionally, and effectively.
  • Escalate guest issues or operational concerns to management when needed.
  • Ensure team members are providing a positive and professional guest experience.
  • Assist with breaks, shift coverage, and general team support.
  • Demonstrate a sense of urgency and timeliness.
  • Maintain awareness of the surrounding parking areas and event flow.
  • Field additional duties if they are assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
  • Previous supervisory, lead, parking, event, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedule.
  • Ability to work all required Summit FC event dates.
  • Comfortable assisting guests with QR codes, mobile payment, or basic technology-related questions.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in inclement weather, including rain, heat, wind, or cold temperatures.
    • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to lead by example.
    • Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50lbs
