Part-time event staff often face challenges such as managing unpredictable schedules, adapting to fast-paced environments, and balancing multiple responsibilities during events. Building rapport with your team and supervisors can also help ensure smooth coordination and support throughout the event. Additionally, staying organized and keeping a positive attitude can make it easier to handle last-minute changes or unexpected situations.
