Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant

Toyo Tanso USA is looking for a Part-Time Office Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources/Payroll, Executive, Accounting, Customer Service and other departments. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, takes pride in staying organized, and wants to grow their administrative career in a supportive manufacturing environment. This will be a part-time position (18-20 hours per week) with our office hours being between 8:00am-4:30pm - schedule can be discussed upon hire.

What You'll Do

As our Office Administrative Assistant, you will:

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Welcome and assist employees, visitors, customers, and vendors with professionalism and excellent customer service.
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems and office records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff as needed.
  • Assist with planning company meetings, employee events, celebrations, and engagement activities.
  • Provide administrative support to Executive, Human Resources/Payroll, Accounting, and other departments.
  • Assist with onboarding paperwork and employee administrative needs.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
  • Help keep the office organized, efficient, and welcoming.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in administrative support, office administration, customer service, Human Resources, or Accounting.
  • Experience working with ERP systems is a plus.
