Restaurant experience is a plus, but what matters most is your attitude, your reliability, and your genuine love for people.
We're Hiring for TWO Schedules:
Full-Time | 35+ hrs/week
7:00am - 3:00pm | 5 days/week | Every Other Weekend
Part-Time | 3-4 days/week
11:00am - 7:00pm | Every Other Weekend
Pay: $15.50/hr
Food Handler Certificate required - we'll help you get it after you're hired!
What You'll Do:
  • Serve meals with warmth, care, and attention to every resident's needs and preferences
  • Build genuine relationships that make residents feel seen, valued, and at home
  • Support a clean, welcoming dining environment throughout every shift
  • Work as part of a close-knit team that takes pride in delivering an exceptional dining experience
  • Assist our Assisted Living (65) and Memory Care (28) residents with patience and kindness

The primary responsibility of the Server is to accommodate residents and guests during their dining experience by attending to their needs in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
Areas of Responsibility
  • Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
  • Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
  • Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
  • Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
  • Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents' apartments as needed.
  • Label and date all food.

Required Qualifications
  • Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
  • Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
  • Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.

  • Food serving experience preferred.
