Inthis role, you will...
- Partner with the marketing team to contribute to the execution of various marketing campaigns and initiatives while providing analytics support
- Work with the marketing team and stakeholders to define marketing insights and reporting requirements
- Build and maintain reports, charts, and graphs using dashboard building platforms such as Tableau as well as simple tools like Excel and PowerPoint
- Analyze and interpret trends of marketing campaigns as well as the marketing process to provide clear, data-driven actionable insights
- Research, troubleshoot, and optimize marketing data and tracking tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager, Tableau etc.

- Actively pursuing a college degree in business, mathematics, statistics, data science, or a related field with at least one year of school remaining.
- Year-round availability to work from our Fort Wayne Headquarters: 15-20 hours during the school year and 40 hours/week during the summer.
- Solid research, analytical, and statistical skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience working in Excel or similar spreadsheet applications
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to understanding complex data models
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Tableau, Power BI, R, and/or SQL is a plus
- Superior written and oral communication skills with the ability to present technical results to non-technical audiences
- Strong project management skills
- Must be able to work independently and within a team
- Able to prioritize in a dynamic work environment
