Job description

Shape the Future of the Internet, AI & Decentralized Infrastructure

We’re offering a unique opportunity to join Launch Legends and Autheo as a part-time Equity Cofounder during one of the most important phases of the ecosystem’s growth — Mainnet expansion, platform rollout, exchange listings, product launches, and global ecosystem scaling.

Launch Legends is building next-generation decentralized infrastructure designed to unify Web2, Web3, AI systems, identity, financial infrastructure, and decentralized compute into a single composable operational environment.

Our flagship ecosystem, Autheo, is not simply another blockchain. It is a composable internet operating environment built around:

  • An integrated Layer-1 blockchain
  • Decentralized compute and infrastructure
  • AI orchestration systems
  • Decentralized identity
  • Financial messaging infrastructure
  • Full-stack developer tooling (DevHub)
  • Enterprise interoperability and operational coordination

The objective is to create infrastructure where developers, enterprises, AI agents, applications, and decentralized systems can interact through a unified operational framework.

About the Organization

The ecosystem currently includes approximately 100 active equity cofounders and contributors globally, including senior blockchain architects, AI specialists, infrastructure engineers, product leaders, security professionals, and contributors from major technology and enterprise organizations.

Our Projects

  • Autheo – www.autheo.com
  • Autheo Team – https://www.autheo.com/team
  • Launch Legends (Parent Company) – www.launchlegends.io
  • Twitter/X – https://x.com/Autheo_Network

Key Focus Areas

  • Composable Internet Infrastructure
  • Web2–Web3–AI Integration
  • Decentralized Compute & DePIN
  • Identity & Financial Infrastructure
  • Developer Ecosystems & SDKs
  • Enterprise & Institutional Infrastructure
  • AI Coordination & Operational Systems
  • Post-Quantum & Security-Oriented Architecture

Traction:

  • Wallet Accounts: 1,000,000+
  • Socials: 50,000+
  • Smart Contracts Deployed: 300,000+
  • Developers Registered for MVP DevHub: 10,000+

Compensation & Growth Path

This is a part-time equity / token-based cofounder opportunity. You will receive equity in Launch Legends and Autheo, along with token allocations in the Autheo blockchain. We have already completed an initial financing round to support infrastructure and marketing, and are currently in discussions with VCs and crypto investors to fund expansion and salaries. Salaried compensation is expected to begin within 3 to 5 months, following our node, token sales or funding.

Role:  Senior Administrative Manager

In this part-time Equity role, you will execute and complete tasks and projects on behalf of the Managing Director’s office at Autheo. This is a high-impact operational position for a proactive, organized, and results-driven professional who excels at driving work forward in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments at the frontier of blockchain and decentralized infrastructure.

Rather than traditional personal support, this role focuses on owning execution, following through on priorities, managing operational workflows, and ensuring the executive office runs with excellence and momentum. You will act as an extension of the Managing Director’s capacity, handling important work so leadership can focus on the highest-value strategic decisions shaping Autheo’s growth in decentralized identity, compute, AI orchestration, and enterprise adoption.

Because effective execution requires close collaboration and strong time-zone alignment, this role requires that you currently live in (and are authorized to work in) the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area. The ideal candidate brings strong project and task ownership, excellent judgment, outstanding organizational skills, and genuine interest in (or curiosity about) blockchain, web3, AI, and building sovereign technology infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

1. Task & Project Execution on Behalf of the Managing Director

  • Own and drive completion of tasks and projects delegated by or on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Follow through on priorities, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of key work items.
  • Act as an extension of leadership capacity by executing important operational and administrative work.

2. Operational Support & Process Improvement

  • Manage and improve operational workflows for the executive office.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions that increase speed and quality of execution.
  • Maintain clear documentation, tracking systems, and status reporting on ongoing work.

3. Cross-Functional Coordination & Communication

  • Coordinate across teams (engineering, product, legal, finance, strategy, and communications) to move initiatives forward on behalf of the Managing Director.
  • Serve as a reliable point of contact and facilitator for work originating from the executive office.
  • Draft and manage professional communications, updates, and follow-ups as needed.

4. Administrative Management & Documentation

  • Handle high-quality documentation, reporting, and record-keeping for the executive office.
  • Manage administrative processes, vendor relationships, subscriptions, and operational logistics.
  • Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information.

5. Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives Support

  • Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Director’s office.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare materials that support decision-making and execution.
  • Drive progress on time-sensitive or high-priority items that require focused follow-through.

Deliverables (90 Days)

  • Establish clear systems for task intake, tracking, prioritization, and completion on behalf of the Managing Director’s office.
  • Successfully own and deliver on multiple delegated projects and tasks with high quality and on-time execution.
  • Identify and implement at least 2–3 process improvements that increase the speed and reliability of work flowing through the executive office.
  • Build strong working relationships with key stakeholders across engineering, product, legal, finance, and other teams.
  • Demonstrate full command of documentation standards, confidentiality, and professional communication.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 5–7+ years of experience in administrative management, project coordination, or operational support roles (ideally supporting senior leadership or executive functions).
  • Proven ability to independently own and complete tasks/projects with minimal oversight in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong follow-through discipline.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional presence.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and maintain strict confidentiality on sensitive matters.
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar), Microsoft 365, Slack, and modern productivity/project tools (Notion, Asana, Linear, etc.).
  • Self-starter mindset with high initiative, ownership mentality, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Must currently reside in the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area (non-negotiable requirement for this role).

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in blockchain, cryptocurrency, web3, AI infrastructure, fintech, or high-growth startup environments.
  • Familiarity with regulated or compliance-heavy environments (highly relevant as Autheo advances its banking charter ambitions).
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects or operational workflows in distributed teams.
  • Project management experience or certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar).
  • Genuine interest in decentralized technologies, post-quantum cryptography, or the vision of an agentic, sovereign web.

Soft Skills:

  • High ownership — you treat tasks and projects as your own and drive them to completion.
  • Proactive problem-solver who anticipates needs and removes obstacles without waiting for direction.
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling sensitive information and priorities.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments.
  • Positive, reliable, and collaborative energy that helps the broader team move faster.
  • Genuine excitement about Autheo’s mission and the opportunity to directly support the Managing Director’s office through execution.

🌐 🚀 WHY JOIN LAUNCH LEGENDS?

  • Traction with Momentum: Autheo is already gaining significant traction in the blockchain space, with rapid developer adoption, platform growth, and partnership interest.
  • Cross-Industry Impact: Autheo is positioned to transform not only the Web3 ecosystem — but also Web2 and the broader technology sector — by enabling real-world business adoption of decentralized infrastructure.
  • Real Innovation, Not Hype: Unlike many blockchain ventures, Autheo is focused on substance over speculation. We are building real solutions: modular fullstack infrastructure, enterprise-grade toolkits, decentralized identity, cloud, compute, and service orchestration.
  • Backed by Elite Talent: You’ll join a team composed of professionals from top-tier universities, Fortune 500 companies, and major blockchain platforms. Our team includes multiple PhDs and senior engineers who have launched and scaled world-class technologies.

If you're ready to redefine blockchain adoption, empower global business integration, and help shape the next generation of Web3 and developer ecosystems, we invite you to take the next step.

Let’s build the future — together.
