Customer Support Specialist

Grand Haven, MI, 1st shift, $20.75 per hour

Job Summary
A Grand Haven company is seeking an Customer Support Specialist to support day-to-day customer service operations on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a professional office environment.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Customer Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Organizing documents and files, both physical and electronic
  • Completing basic computer tasks using Microsoft Office programs
  • Assisting with general office and administrative duties as assigned
  • Answering phones and providing excellent customer service
  • Working independently while maintaining productivity and accuracy
What We’re Looking For

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Basic computer skills required
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently in a part-time role
