Marketing Coordinator | Christina Valkanoff Realty Group
We are seeking a highly driven, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to elevate and execute the brand presence of the Christina Valkanoff Realty Group, one of the Triangle's leading boutique real estate teams.
This is not an entry-level role. This position is ideal for someone who understands marketing at a strategic level, takes initiative, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment where excellence is the standard.
As a key member of our team, you will work closely with leadership to bring our brand to life across digital, print, and in-person experiences, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the elevated, client-focused experience we are known for.
This role can be structured as full-time or part-time, depending on the candidate's experience and ability to make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
• Own the execution of all marketing initiatives across listings, brand campaigns, and client engagement
• Manage and elevate our presence across social media platforms, including Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels
• Create and manage content across platforms, including video, reels, email marketing, and website updates
• Oversee CRM marketing campaigns and database engagement through platforms like Follow Up Boss
• Coordinate and execute high-end print marketing, including brochures, mailers, and listing collateral
• Collaborate on brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials
• Manage and optimize digital presence including Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, and SEO initiatives
• Assist in planning and executing client events and brand experiences
• Work alongside photographers, videographers, designers, and vendors to produce exceptional marketing assets
• Maintain brand standards and ensure every deliverable reflects a polished, luxury-level presentation
