Job description

Job Title: Order Processing
Company: Rough Country Suspension Systems
Location: Dyersburg TN
Job Summary:

In Order Processing, the primary responsibility for each team member is to ship all orders safely, accurately, and efficiently. At a minimum, all orders received/entered before 5 PM Monday - Friday are required to be shipped, to the customer, before the work day is over. The following are required of Order Processing team, but not limited to:
  • Process orders in WMS
  • Meet Order Processing Rates
  • Stack Kits on Pallets
  • Keep Order Processing Clean
  • Replenish Pick Locations
Requirements:
Self starter - ability to work with minimal supervision, ability to perform basic skills (reading, writing, math), above average communication skills, safety oriented, demonstrate good housekeeping rules and procedures, exhibit diplomacy with management and peers, ability to work extended hours as needed to fulfill orders on a daily basis, train additional personnel as needed, assist in other areas of the warehouse as needed. Ability to lift 70 lbs.
  • Tech savvy a plus. Experience with Accellos WMS and/or SAP a plus.
