LOT COORDINATOR

Pay: $16.00/hr
Qualifications:
  • Applicant must be at least 21 years old, have a valid state issued Driver's License with satisfactory driving record.
  • Meet hiring standards of background check, drug screening and driver safety skills test.
  • Ideal applicants have open availability, a great work ethic, and are dependable.
The Lot Coordinator is responsible for prepping vehicles for delivery to customer sites (will vary from site to site) and will operate both as a car cleaner and driver as needed and directed by Site Manager. This will include cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, in addition to moving customer fleet vehicles from point A to point B according to company and customer requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Wash and clean both exterior and interior of vehicles with care and attention to in order to prepare them to return to the “ready to rent” status.
  • Meet productivity standards and benchmarks in assigned location.
  • Efficiently and correctly operate data entry devices.
  • Prep new vehicles to be delivered to customer sites; unwrap exterior of vehicle, apply license plates and VIN numbers to designated vehicles.
  • Drive cars from one location to another on the rental car lot premises. This can involve driving inside of a local market, usually in the vicinity of the airport.
  • Respond to directions given by dispatch to deliver vehicles to the appropriate location.
  • Perform variety of tracking and counting tasks to keep track of vehicle locations and availability.
  • Serve as gate attendant at lot exit point as required as well as perform assigned customer check-out tasks as required.
