Palmer Lake Elementary School is looking for a part-time (.5 FTE) Technology Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. If you are a tech-savvy educator ready to transform our technology classes into a dynamic hub of discovery and creative problem-solving, we want you on our team. Must have or be eligible to receive a Colorado Teaching license with a minimum of an Elementary Education endorsement. Must be able to facilitate and inspire student learning and creativity; design and develop digital-age experiences such as, but not limited to internet safety and keyboarding skills; collaborate with students, colleagues, and school community using current technologies and digital-age media to share and transfer knowledge; promote and model digital citizenship and responsibility to elementary school learners. The start date for teachers new to the District is July 31, 2026.
Exact placement on the salary schedule can only be determined by the Director of Human Resources upon contracting. As a guideline, we offer up to 18 years of previous contractual teaching experience for a placement of Step 19, per school board policy. This salary range is $44,550 - $75,279 dependent on education and experience levels. The current teacher salary schedule can be found on our website.
