ASSOCIATE DIGITAL ACCOUNT MANAGER
At Motive, we believe great digital experiences are built through thoughtful strategy, seamless collaboration, and exceptional client service.
As an Associate Digital Account Manager, you'll help lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital marketing initiatives for some of our most important clients. Working alongside Integrated Account leads, Strategists, Creatives, Brand Experience and Production teams, you'll help transform business objectives into engaging digital experiences that deliver measurable results.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong client relationships, managing multiple priorities, and staying curious about the constantly evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day management of digital client accounts and integrated marketing initiatives.
  • Partner with project and account leads to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Coordinate project timelines, scopes, deliverables, meeting agendas, status reports, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with strategy, creative, and in-house production teams as well as UX, development, and media partners to execute digital campaigns and experiences.
  • Translate client needs into clear project briefs and actionable next steps for internal teams.
  • Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks, and help resolve challenges before they impact timelines or budgets.
  • Participate in strategic planning and brainstorming sessions, bringing digital-first thinking and innovative ideas to integrated and experiential campaigns.
  • Help oversee website builds, digital campaigns, content initiatives, CRM programs, social activations, and other digital marketing efforts.
  • Review campaign performance and reporting with internal teams, helping identify optimization opportunities and actionable insights.
  • Build trusted client relationships through responsive communication, organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  • Stay informed on emerging digital, social, and creator trends as well as AI, technologies, platforms, and best practices, sharing relevant opportunities with clients and internal teams.

What We're Looking For
  • 2-4 years of experience in account management, digital marketing, or client services within an agency environment.
  • Experience managing digital marketing projects, websites, campaigns, or integrated marketing programs from kickoff through execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including websites, social, CRM/email marketing, digital advertising, analytics, and content marketing.
  • Familiarity with the website development process, UX principles, content management systems, and digital production workflows.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with both clients and internal teams.
  • Highly detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Comfortable collaborating across strategy, creative, technology, media, and production disciplines.
  • Experience in CPG, retail, shopper marketing, or influencer marketing is a plus.
  • A positive, collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
