One common challenge in part-time digital pathology is staying up-to-date with rapidly evolving technology and software platforms, especially when not working full-time. Additionally, managing case loads and communication with full-time colleagues can sometimes lead to workflow gaps or delays. Professionals can address these challenges by proactively scheduling regular check-ins with the team and dedicating time for ongoing training on new digital tools.
