Position:Part-Time Call Center Agent
Pay Rate:$17.00 per hour
Hours:28 hours per week

We are currently seekingPart-Time Call Center Agentsto join our team. This role is ideal for students or individuals looking for consistent evening and weekend work.


Schedule Requirements:

  • Monday-Friday: 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM
    One weekend day (Saturday or Sunday): 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM
    Six days per week for a total of 28 hours per week


Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Accurately document call outcomes and follow established procedures
