About the Role

Chapman BMW Chandler is seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to be the welcoming first point of contact for our Service Department. In this role, you’ll greet customers, answer questions, assist with service appointments, and provide the kind of professional, attentive service that reflects the Chapman experience. You’ll work closely with our Service team to keep things running smoothly and ensure every customer feels taken care of from the moment they arrive.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers in person and over the phone, assisting with questions and scheduling service appointments.
  • Make outbound calls to schedule service for recalls, declined services, and past-due appointments.
  • Consistently demonstrate professionalism and a helpful attitude while contributing to customer satisfaction and department goals.
  • Manage the fleet of loaner vehicles.
  • Assist with filing customer repair orders and other clerical tasks.
  • Provide prompt and courteous support to Service Department staff and customers.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role required
  • Dealership experience is a plus
  • Can-do attitude and professional appearance is a must
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and administrative skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Dependable, compassionate, and welcoming approach when working with customers and coworkers
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
