Location: Strafford, NH

10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

$25/hour | Paid Weekly

A Meaningful Part-Time Opportunity Close to Home

Interim HealthCare is seeking a caring and dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our Private Duty home care team in Strafford, NH. This is a part-time daytime opportunity that offers a consistent schedule, supportive team environment, and the chance to make a real difference in a patient’s daily life.

In this role, you’ll provide one-on-one care in a personal setting where your support, attention, and compassion directly improve comfort, safety, and quality of life for your patient and their family.

What You’ll Do
  • Provide hands-on personal care and skilled support in the personal setting
  • Assist with medication administration per care plan
  • Perform catheter care and general patient monitoring
  • Support G-tube feedings and medication administration as needed
  • Monitor for changes in condition and respond appropriately
  • Communicate with the patient’s care team (physician, NP, case manager)
  • Offer emotional support and reassurance to patients and families
What We’re Looking For
  • Active LNA license in the State of New Hampshire (LPN or RN may also qualify)
  • Pediatric or home care experience preferred
  • Experience with G-tubes, seizure management, or complex care is a plus
  • Current CPR certification (training available through Interim HealthCare)
  • Calm, compassionate, and dependable caregiver
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
