Seacoast Mental Health Center is looking for a Part-time Front Desk Assistant to join our team!

At Seacoast Mental Health Center, we provide hope and promote recovery for children, adolescences, adults and their families in the Eastern half of Rockingham county. The rising demand for mental health offers immediate employment opportunities.

The front desk position is responsible for completion of data entry for various departments and also provides back-up support to the Front Desk Coordinator.

Tasks:

Answer and monitor all telephone calls to the Center in a professional manner; greet all clients and visitors to the Center; receives client payments; schedule client appointments into the centralized scheduling system, rearrange appointments as necessary; make appointment reminder calls to clients for clinicians as needed; update client demographics and insurance information. Responsible for evening closing procedures. Assist in emergency/disaster response per the Center’s Emergency Preparedness Plan. Provide back-up for all other office duties.

Educational / Experience Requirements

High School diploma with secretarial/computer skills/experience. CPR and First Aid training are recommended.
