Job description

Join the Amazing Team at the Beachmere Inn, located on the ocean in Ogunquit!
We get the job done and have FUN doing it!!
We are looking for a Customer focused, creative and passionate Part Time addition to our Front Desk Team, with strong communication and multi tasking skills.
  • Hospitality/Hotel experience required
  • Part Time Evening shift includes Night Audit Functions ending at 10pm or 11pm.
  • This position may include a mid shift also.
  • Initially 2 Evening shifts and 1 mid shift.
  • Room Master Experience preferred. Must be able to work varied shifts, some weekends and holidays.
  • Follow all specified procedures and satisfactorily assist in the daily affairs of the Front Desk, including registering guests, reservations, answering telephones, handling cash, credit and check cashing transactions, and completing all Daily reports and tasks listed on the Daily checklists.
  • Assist with a correct balance and completion of all daily documentation and Night Audit
  • Be completely familiar with hotel information necessary to increase revenues and enhance guest satisfaction
  • Assist with resolution of any guest concerns, referring to Management as needed.
  • To perform other tasks, as directed.
