To address these, clear communication about project expectations and deadlines is essential. Utilizing collaborative tools and participating in regular team meetings can help part-time staff stay aligned and contribute effectively, while ongoing learning helps bridge any skills gaps. Many organizations also encourage part-time employees to attend training sessions or workshops to stay current.
