You're ahead of the curve in market access trends and market dynamics.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in enhancing the effectiveness of learning and development (L&D) and HR programs through expert data analysis and strategic insights. You will lead the creation and administration of surveys using Qualtrics, interpret data from multiple sources, and develop interactive dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights for stakeholders. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will align data collection efforts with business priorities and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Survey Creation, Administration, and Analysis: Serve as the go-to expert for all aspects of survey creation, refinement, and administration in Qualtrics, ensuring high-quality data collection processes.
  • Data Interpretation and Insight Generation: Analyze and interpret data from disparate sources, including learning management systems, surveys, assessments, and employee records to derive meaningful insights and support program improvements.
  • Dashboard and Report Development: Create and maintain interactive dashboards and comprehensive reports in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and/or Qualtrics that deliver clear, actionable insights to key stakeholders about learning and development and/or HR metrics.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with professionals across the enterprise to gain a deep understanding of business priorities, provide expert guidance on survey design and administration, share best practices for reporting, and troubleshoot any issues related to Qualtrics to ensure effective data collection and analysis.
Essential Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Proven experience in data analytics and survey creation, administration, and analysis of results.
  • Advanced experience with Qualtrics, including the ability to design complex surveys with various question types, dynamic survey flows, customized reporting/dashboards, and AI-driven analytics capabilities.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization, with proficiency in tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, Power BI, or similar, to develop insightful reports and dashboards.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, MS Forms, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with and manage relationships with various stakeholders, ensuring alignment between data collection efforts and business priorities.

The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $51.25 but may vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role.
