Customer Service Representative

Weitsman Recycling is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a key point of contact at our recycling facility.

As a CSR, you’ll support front-office operations, handle transaction processing, and ensure a positive experience for our customers and vendors. The schedule includes weekends and up to 30 hours weekly Mon - Sun..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers and vendors in a courteous, professional manner

  • Process transactions, invoices, and documentation accurately and efficiently

  • Answer multi-line phones and respond to email inquiries

  • Coordinate with scale operators, truck drivers, and yard staff to support daily workflow

  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk and office environment

  • Assist with administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scanning

  • Cross-train in other administrative roles for team support

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience; industrial or logistics setting preferred
