The opportunity
Delaware North Sportservice is searching for seasonal Alcohol Compliance Supervisors to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin to work during events, this is an event based position. As a Compliance Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas of operation are compliant with state, federal, and local alcohol laws, along with company and location-specific alcohol procedures.

What will you do?
  • Reads and understands stadium and company alcohol policies
  • Verifies reported issues and works with management to bring alcohol service areas to standard
  • Maintains, prints, and distributes required reports as it pertains to alcohol service
  • Effectively leads alcohol compliance throughout the building
  • Performs other duties as assigned

  • Previous data entry experience required
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Effective communication skills - the ability to understand and provide direction
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment

  • Able to follow job procedures and any manager's instructions

Physical requirements
  • Ability to remain stationary for the entire length of shift
  • Ability to perform normal lifting of stock up to 50 pounds
  • Constant data entry on the computer keyboard with repetitive hand/finger motions
  • Constant sitting in a small office environment
  • May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on the season
