Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our remote team in Georgia. This is a part-time opportunity ideal for professionals seeking flexibility while making a meaningful impact during afternoon hours.
What You'll DoSupervise RBTs via telehealth or in-person in accordance with BACB and insurance standards
Conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and prepare progress reports
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Perform Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and Functional Analyses (FA) when clinically appropriate
Provide caregiver training and guidance using ABA principles
Review and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure the highest level of care
QualificationsActive BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB
Must reside in Georgia or within 50 miles of its border (local candidates only)
Experience working with children and families in ABA settings
Strong communication, organizational, and data analysis skills
Familiarity with ABA software and data systems
