Job Summary

Under the Jobs for Future: Project Access grant, the Data and Program Effectiveness Specialist is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data to measure the impact and effectiveness of our programs. The Specialist will collaborate with CTE Directors and instructors to ensure data-driven program improvement. This position reports directly to the Coordinator of Grants & Institutional Advancement and the Vice President of Instruction and Institutional Effectiveness. Some travel may be required.

Job Duties

Minimum Qualifications

A.S. degree in Business, Education, Public Policy, or related field; a Bachelor's degree preferred; and three (3) years of office work required. Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word. Must possess organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks as required.

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Manage data processes to support the grants office, enabling it to focus on data interpretation and strategy development for the JFF: Project Access grant.
Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security in all collection and reporting processes.
Maintain up-to-date records and documentation for compliance and reporting purposes.
Coordinate with CTE Directors and internal instructors to identify data needs, collect relevant information, and align program evaluation with instructional goals.
Analyze data to assess program effectiveness and identify trends.
Work closely with the Coordinator of Grants, handling data management, interpreting results, and developing actionable strategies.
Other duties as assigned
