Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will work closely with our marketing and leadership teams to evaluate marketing performance, optimize spend efficiency, and drive insights that fuel sustainable growth. This is a part-time role (approx. 20 hours per week) ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, and a track record of delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze marketing and business performance data across multiple channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Email, Affiliate, etc.).
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and models that track KPIs related to customer acquisition, retention, incrementality, and ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize marketing spend efficiency and overall business performance.
  • Partner with the marketing team to analyze experiments and incrementality testing.
  • Monitor trends in CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and other key performance marketing metrics.
  • Communicate findings clearly to cross-functional teams and leadership, both visually and verbally.
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for operational improvement.
