The job entails: coordinating, overseeing, and facilitating students' hands-on experiences in the garden (planting, tending, harvesting, cooking, watering, weeding, etc.); maintaining the garden; and organizing and overseeing volunteers for the garden. The Gardening teacher is a self-starter who will also collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure that work in the garden supports the classroom curriculum, which is inspired by Waldorf education
