Who We're Looking For

• Energetic, upbeat individuals who can keep kids engaged and excited.
• Passionate about working with children-whether you have coaching experience or just love sports and kids!
• Prior coaching or athletic instruction experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel between class locations.
• Availability for weekday morning and afternoon shifts.
• Physically able to be active with children - running, jumping, playing - and capable of lifting and carrying equipment.

Role Responsibilities

• Deliver fun, high-energy sports and fitness classes using our structured curriculum.
• Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging environment for every child.
• Communicate clearly with parents, teachers, and site directors as needed.
• Manage class logistics: set up equipment, track attendance, report class updates, and stay on schedule.
• Represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

About Amazing Athletes and Soccer Stars
The largest multi-sport enrichment programs in the country, designed for children ages 1-12 years old to have fun through positive movement experiences, with a focus on meeting their motor-development milestones. Instructors teach the fundamentals of different sports in a non-competitive environment, while also incorporating lessons about nutrition and muscle groups to enhance motor skills and physical literacy.

Soccer Stars' crib-to-college player pathway includes a Parent & Me pre-soccer movement program starting at 12 months, the original FUN with FUNdamentals Super Soccer Stars program, and an advanced development and competitive play program with Soccer Stars United, up to U18. Take part in classes, camps, private groups, afterschool enrichment, birthday parties, team training, and more!
The Amazing Athletes JumpBunch program gets children moving with an unmatched variety of 70+ sports, activities, and fitness-based games in a fun, friendly & non-competitive learning environment. JumpBunch is a P.E. class for ages 18 months-12 years. Take part in camps, private groups, school enrichment, birthday parties and more!
Karate Zoo is for ages 3-6. It is inspired by the traditions & practices of martial arts and is designed to benefit a child's physical, social & emotional development while building confidence & teaching practical life lessons. KZ Martial Arts is for ages 6-12 and is inspired by the traditions and practices of martial arts. KZ Martial Arts is designed to benefit elementary-aged kids' physical, social, and emotional development while building confidence and teaching practical life lessons. Students practice and perform 12 different skills in the program bringing martial arts alive in a fun and engaging way. Each skill introduced is designed for progression with beginner, intermediate, and advanced modifications - allowing each student to progress at their own pace in a mixed ability group setting. In Little Rookies, we go beyond the game to instill a love for baseball in young players. Our focus is on teaching the fundamentals in an all-inclusive and encouraging atmosphere.
