Legal Secretary

LIFT Companies is looking for a happy, dedicated, self-starting individual that thrives in an up-tempo environment. Candidates for this position need to be able to operate with a high level of professionalism and integrity. We are looking for people who are confident and personable, as this position will provide the first impression of Lift Credit to current and potential customers. Our relationship with our customers is very important; we want employees who will care about them as much as we do.

This is a part-time, onsite role at our office in Provo, Utah.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service to Lift Company customers
  • Pick up, sort, scan, and attach mail
  • Call for verifications of employment
  • Help with any odd tasks legal manager needs help with
  • Be able to answer and transfer phone calls as well as process payments for customers.
  • Handle sensitive information
  • Drop off/Pick up documents at the courthouse.
