Central Credit Analyst
RC Willey is looking for a Central Credit Analyst to join our corporate location. This position is responsible for reviewing and processing credit applications and supporting the credit department with related tasks. This role offers training and development opportunities to build skills in credit review and financial analysis within a collaborative team environment.
This position starts as a grade 6, once the training period is complete, will advance to a grade 7.
Schedule: Monday through Saturday 10hr shifts, retail hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process credit applications and updates using our Automatic Delivery System (ADS)
  • Respond to customer emails and process online credit applications
  • Process third party financing
  • Handle calls regarding credit applications taken online and in-store
  • Make store credit approval exceptions
  • Communicate frequently via telephone and email with store locations and customers
  • Work with other departments to assist with invoice credit approvals
  • Answer phone calls from customers, RC Willey departments and 3rd party locations regarding available credit, credit approvals, billing questions and other credit procedures
  • All other duties as assigned

Skills and Qualifications
  • Prior RC Willey store office or related experience strongly preferred
  • Prior knowledge of how credit works and is established in today's economy helpful
  • Proficient and professional when responding to customers via email and on the phone
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills needed
  • Dependability, punctuality and excellent communication skills required
  • Must be organized and professional with the ability to work with minimal supervision
