Sus responsabilidades como Cook incluiran, entre otras:

  • Acomodar y abastecer las estaciones de preparacion y linea
  • Limpiar, desinfectar y organizar el area, el equipo y los utensilios de la cocina
  • Comprobar la calidad y frescura de los ingredientes
  • Preparar, condimentar y cocinar alimentos segun recetas, cantidades indicadas y especificaciones, manteniendo al mismo tiempo los sistemas de control de porciones
  • Inspeccionar las areas de preparacion y servido de alimentos, asi como los utensilios y equipos, para garantizar el cumplimiento de practicas seguras y sanitarias de manipulacion de alimentos
  • Sustituir o ayudar a otros cocineros y puestos de cocina durante los periodos de mayor actividad

Que se necesita para tener exito (requisitos fisicos del trabajo)

  • Debe cumplir con la edad minima requerida y estar autorizado para trabajar en los Estados Unidos
  • Habilidad para doblarse, alcanzar, agacharse y cargar hasta 30 libras de manera segura
  • Capacidad para permanecer de pie durante un turno de 8 a 12 horas
  • Habilidad para trabajar en equipo con atencion a los detalles y capacidad para realizar multiples tareas
