Job description

As an Event Banquet Concierge, you’ll be at the heart of our events, helping ensure every detail comes together seamlessly and every guest feels taken care of. You’ll serve as a key point of contact for guests and event teams, anticipating needs, solving problems, and keeping communication flowing throughout each event.

From weddings and celebrations to corporate meetings and special gatherings, you’ll have the opportunity to be part of memorable moments while working alongside our Events, Banquets, and Operations teams.

What You'll Do:

• Promote in-house facilities and have a comprehensive understanding of all hotel amenities and their hours of operation to assist guests effectively.
• Confer with the Host/Hostess of each function to ensure that all event specifications have been met, ensuring a seamless event experience.
• Familiarize yourself with each group, including knowing the contact person, meeting agenda, and any specific requirements to provide personalized service.
• Assist the Director of Event Operations and Event Services Manager with last-minute pop-ups, changes, or requests, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
• Review the Banquet Event Order (BEO) with guests, discussing event times, locations, attendance guarantees, and other relevant details.
• Attend BEO Meetings as necessary to stay informed and prepared for upcoming events.
• Be available to handle various event setup tasks, such as arranging easels, sign placements, registration tables, and small meeting setups.
• Issue and follow up on Work Orders to ensure timely completion of maintenance and service requests.
• Report gratuities by company guidelines and federal regulations.
