  • Accessibility & Safety: Coordinate venue accessibility layouts for patrons, ensure compliance with ADA standards, manage facility safety regulations, and safely secure facilities before and after events.

Required Qualifications:
  • Three to five years of experience in a guest experience or front-of-house role within a performing arts or theater environment, including some supervisory experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of diplomacy when interacting with touring personnel, promoters, and the public.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to remain calm, focused, and solution-oriented under pressure.
  • Tech-savviness, with proficiency in Google Suite/Microsoft Office and a strong interest in learning event systems (such as Smartsheet, Etix, FileMaker, or When-to-Work).
  • Absolute flexibility to work a seasonal schedule consisting of nights, weekends, and holidays dictated by the college's exciting academic performance calendar.

This position offers a highly supportive environment alongside a robust partial benefits package designed to support holistic well-being and professional growth.
