Frontline Management Overview
Frontline Management is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the installation of mainline pipelines across a variety of utility projects. This role requires a hands-on, field-driven leader with a strong background in heavy civil construction and excavation. The ideal candidate will effectively manage crews, ensure strict adherence to safety standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest level of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
Lead and coordinate construction projects from initiation through completion, ensuring full alignment with project plans, specifications, and timelines.
Crew Management:
Supervise and support field crews, including laborers and equipment operators. Provide clear direction, ongoing training, and performance feedback to drive productivity and team development.
Installation Oversight:
Direct the layout, assembly, and installation of utility pipelines of varying sizes and complexities, ensuring all work meets project requirements and specifications.
Safety Leadership:
Promote a culture of safety by conducting regular site inspections, enforcing company and site-specific safety protocols, and leading daily or weekly safety meetings.
Resource Coordination:
Plan, organize, and oversee the use of materials, equipment, and tools to ensure efficient and uninterrupted project execution.
Quality Assurance:
Monitor project progress and workmanship to ensure all deliverables meet or exceed industry standards and client expectations.
Documentation & Reporting:
Maintain accurate and timely project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and records of materials and equipment usage.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to proactively identify and resolve issues, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Minimum of 3โ€“5 years of experience supervising pipe installation crews within the heavy civil or construction industry.
Technical Expertise:
Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and construction documents.
Leadership Skills:
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams, with strong communication and decision-making skills.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Comprehensive understanding of construction regulations, building codes, and safety standards related to heavy civil work.
Equipment Knowledge:
Experience operating and overseeing heavy equipment and construction machinery.
Certifications:
OSHA 10 certification required; OSHA 30 certification preferred.
