Frontline Management is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Manager to lead our accounts payable function and ensure the timely, accurate processing of vendor invoices and payments. The successful candidate will oversee AP operations, manage a team, maintain strong vendor relationships, and support financial controls and compliance requirements.ย 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day accounts payable operations.ย 
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop AP team members.ย 
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payment runs.ย 
  • Maintain vendor records and resolve payment discrepancies.ย 
  • Monitor AP aging and cash flow requirements.ย 
  • Reconcile AP sub-ledgers and support month-end and year-end close processes.ย 
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.ย 
  • Develop and improve AP processes and internal controls.ย 
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operational teams.ย 
  • Assist with audits and provide supporting documentation as required.

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.ย 
  • 5+ years of accounts payable experience, including supervisory or management experience.ย 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AP best practices.ย 
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).ย 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.ย 
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.ย 
  • High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

ย Wage Range: ย $65K - $75K D.O.E. / Application Deadline 6/30/2026
