Lead Coach & Growth Manager (Youth Sports)
Location: Colorado Springs, CO
Type: Part-Time → Potential Full-Time
Compensation: Hourly + Commission + Bonuses
About Us
We're launching Amazing Athletes and Soccer Stars in Colorado Springs-both leading national youth sports programs focused on building confidence, coordination, and life skills for kids ages 1-10 through sports.
We bring structured, high-energy classes directly to preschools, schools, and communities-led by trained coaches, not volunteers.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a rapidly expanding national brand in the youth sports industry.

This is NOT an entry-level coaching role.
To be considered, candidates MUST have:
  • Proven cold sales or business development experience
  • Experience successfully working with children under 5 years old

We are specifically looking for someone who is comfortable:
  • Walking into schools and businesses
  • Building relationships from scratch
  • Following up consistently
  • Confidently asking for the business
  • Leading energetic, structured classes for young children, starting on day 1!

If you do not have experience in BOTH sales/outreach and early childhood coaching/teaching, this role will likely not be the right fit.
The Opportunity

This role combines:

Responsibilities
Coaching
  • Lead engaging sports classes for kids ages 1-10
  • Primarily work with preschool and early elementary ages
  • Create a fun, safe, energetic learning environment
  • Represent the brand professionally with schools and parents
Sales & Growth
  • Conduct outreach to preschools, schools, and local businesses
  • Set meetings and secure new program partnerships
  • Help increase registrations through grassroots marketing and community outreach
  • Identify sponsorship and partnership opportunities
  • Build long-term community relationships

Requirements
Ideal Candidate
Required Qualifications
  • Proven experience with cold sales, business development, or partnership outreach
  • Demonstrated success generating leads, setting meetings, and closing opportunities
  • Experience working with or coaching children under 5 years old
  • High-energy, engaging personality comfortable leading groups of young children
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Colorado Springs
  • Comfortable representing the business professionally with schools, parents, and community partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in youth sports, coaching, early childhood education, or fitness
  • Existing relationships within Colorado Springs schools, preschools, or community organizations
  • Experience with grassroots marketing, event outreach, or community engagement
  • Experience selling sponsorships, memberships, or recurring programs/services
  • CPR, First Aid, Safesport, or sports coaching certifications (or willingness to obtain)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in helping grow a small business quickly
  • Experience using CRM systems, scheduling tools, or customer communication platforms
