Job description

At Honu Horizons, we're a growing sales and marketing company that proudly partners with nationally recognized nonprofit organizations. Through face to face community outreach, we help connect people with causes that make a meaningful difference.

We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals who enjoy working with people, thrive in a team environment, and are excited to grow professionally while making a positive impact in the community.

No previous outreach or fundraising experience? That's okay! We provide training, hands on coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

This position involves face to face residential outreach in local neighborhoods, where you'll represent nonprofit organizations by educating community members about their missions and inviting interested individuals to become monthly supporters.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Conducting respectful, face to face residential outreach in assigned neighborhoods
  • Representing nationally recognized nonprofit organizations with professionalism and integrity
  • Educating community members about each organization's mission and impact
  • Building positive relationships through genuine, meaningful conversations
  • Developing communication, leadership, and customer service skills through ongoing coaching
  • Accurately completing supporter enrollments and required documentation
  • Working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily goals while delivering a positive experience for every interaction

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

  • 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
