Responsibilities
  • Greet customers in a friendly, professional, and welcoming manner.
  • Accurately receive and process customer payments for vehicle sales, service, and parts transactions.
  • Balance the cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions.
  • Process and electronically deposit checks.
  • Enter and maintain customer and vehicle information in dealership systems.
  • Scan, file, and organize dealership documents.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
  • Assist with general administrative and clerical duties as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized cashier area while providing an exceptional customer experience.
Qualifications
  • Previous cashier, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Professional appearance with a positive, customer-first attitude.
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Basic computer proficiency; Microsoft Office experience is a plus.
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required.
  • Must be available to work evening shifts during the week and every Saturday.
