Role: Commercial Lines Account Manager (P&C Licensed)

About the RoleWe are seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to service and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. This role is responsible for policy administration, renewals, endorsements, coverage documentation, client service, and carrier coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial insurance knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple client requests independently in a remote environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesService and manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts.
Review and maintain commercial insurance policies.
Process endorsements and policy changes.
Prepare and manage policy renewals.
Ensure accurate coverage documentation.
Respond to client inquiries and provide guidance on coverage options.
Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve issues and obtain quotes.
Support marketing and remarketing efforts.
Assist with claims coordination as needed.
Collaborate with producers and internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Maintain accurate records while ensuring regulatory compliance.
QualificationsStrong knowledge of Commercial Lines insurance, including Property, Liability, and related commercial insurance products.
Proven Account Management experience, including policy administration, renewals, and portfolio management.
Excellent customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with Insurance and Employee Benefits, with the ability to explain coverage options to clients.
Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required.
Minimum 5 years of Commercial Lines insurance experience required.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Commitment to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency with Applied Epic, AMS360, and Vertafore.
