Job description

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time
The Vibe V&E Hospitality Group is at the center of Miami's culinary culture. Our coffee concept, like the one at Cortadito Coffee House, blend traditional Cuban coffee heritage with modern specialty techniques. We aren't just looking for "button pushers"-we want coffee enthusiasts who take pride in their craft and love the fast-paced energy of South Beach and Brickell.
Why You'll Love Working With Us
  • Professional Equipment: Work with industry-leading espresso machines and high-precision grinders.
  • Prime Locations: We are located in the heart of the action, meaning high foot traffic and excellent tip potential.
  • Real Growth: Start as a barista and grow into a Lead Barista, Trainer, or Manager across our diverse portfolio.
  • The Perks: Health/Vision/Dental benefits, employee discounts at all V&E restaurants, and a dynamic team culture.

What You'll Do
  • Dial It In: Maintain the quality of our espresso throughout the shift, adjusting grind and dose as needed for the perfect shot.
  • Latte Art & Prep: Steam silky micro foam for traditional and specialty drinks (latte art skills are a huge plus!).
  • Guest Education: Help our guests navigate the menu, from a classic Cortadito to our seasonal specialty lattes.
  • Efficiency: Manage high-volume rushes with speed and precision, ensuring every drink meets our standards.
  • Maintenance: Keep your station and espresso machine pristine-a clean bar is a happy bar.

What You Bring
  • Specialty Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or hospitality environment.
  • Passion: A genuine interest in coffee origins, roasting, and preparation.
  • Hospitality First: A friendly, outgoing personality that can handle the Miami morning rush with a smile.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand for long periods and handle the physical demands of a high-volume bar.
  • Lifting and moving supplies (milk crates, coffee bags) up to 30lbs.

V&E Hospitality Group is an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or protected veteran status and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
