About the role
  • Baristas support all sales efforts in the retail stores through outstanding customer service, beverages prepared per Ascension's highest standards, and a commitment to quality in all of the goods offered.

What you'll do
    • Prepare and serve all beverages adhering to quality standards
    • Ensure guests are warmly received and welcomed to Ascension
    • Ensure that sanitary protocol is demonstrated daily
    • Maintain coffee knowledge of current and previous offerings
    • Educate guests and staff on all coffee and teas carried
    • Attend training sessions with the Coffee Trainer

Qualifications
