Eilan Hotel and Spa is hiring a Part-Time Server for their Food and Beverage Operations.
The Eilan Resort & Spa is a Hilton Grand Vacations property in Northwest San Antonio, near The Rim and La Cantera, featuring a Tuscan-inspired design completed in 2011 and offering 165 guestrooms. It is a central element of the 120-acre Eilan mixed-use development, integrating lodging with offices, residences, retail, dining, and shared community amenities. The resort features a full-service spa with 10 treatment rooms, approximately 14,000 square feet of flexible event space, and multiple food and beverage outlets including the Social restaurant serving breakfast and dinner, the Mercato coffee shop, and a seasonal pool bar.

  • Retrieve orders of food and beverages from designated areas. Connect with cooks and bartenders for accurate preparation.
  • Accurately input orders in the POS system, open tabs following SOP's, and promptly present checks while adhering to payment and cash handling procedures.
  • Complete end of the day paperwork as outlined by Accounting SOP.
  • Perform general cleaning tasks adhering to health code standards.
  • Complete or perform any other reasonable request assigned by management.

  • Must be 21 years of age.

  • Moderate noise, outdoor weather conditions, high places, extreme heat and/or cold.
  • Clean, presentable appearance and adherence to company dress code
