They are responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience for everyone they serve each day and for ensuring all guests receive signature Chick-fil-A service and food. As a member of the Chick-fil-A Troy Team, all Team Members are responsible for creating a guest-centered environment. Our first priority is always to anticipate the needs of our guests and seek to exceed their expectations with excellence and genuine hospitality. This includes caring for our guests as well as fellow Team Members.

Team Member Responsibilities:

  • Prep, assemble, and serve food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
  • Be knowledgeable of the assignments for Prep, including produce managment and procedures
  • Stock Prep inventory as needed
  • Keep the Prep area neat, clean and orderly at all times
  • Help wash any dishes as needed
  • Keep up-to-date with Chick-fil-A procedures and new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
  • Work safely around equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
  • Maintain a positive, guest-centered attitude
  • Complete all prep tasks as assigned
  • Communicating effectively with fellow Team Members
  • Adhere to Chick-fil-A procedures and dress code at all times
  • Arrive and depart from shifts at scheduled times
  • Other duties as assigned
