We are looking for amazing retail and winter enthusiasts to join our team as a seasonal clothing sales specialist this winter!
Part-time positions require a minimum of 2-3 weekday shifts - morning or night - and 1 weekend shift per week.

Requirements:
  • Customer service skills..
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Self motivated and able stay busy at all times.
  • Ability to take direction and work as part of a team.
  • Availability to work weekend shifts and holidays.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensuring every customer is given great customer service. By always being outgoing and friendly.
  • Greeting every customer upon entrance into the store and lead them to the right direction of the store for what they are looking for.
  • Answering phones and directing the call to proper department.
  • Restocking, sizing, zippering, snapping and straightening clothing and all merchandise at all times.
  • Ensuring that every customer shopping is offered assistance, offer the product features and benefits, and give them guidance to make sure they get exactly what they need.
  • Learning about all the soft goods products we sell in the store.
    • This includes in store training, paid clinics, online resources and help from management staff.
  • Keeping a neat, clean, organized store and register area at all times.
  • Facilities duties as needed. Vacuuming, mopping, washing windows and doing trash etc.

This is a physical position that includes lifting up to 50lbs., standing for extended periods.
