Job description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Open Mail
2. Separate HCFA, UB92 claims, appeals and medical records.
3. Scan all mail with date stamped with scanner.
4. Misdirected claims are filed on SFTP folders according to the IPA of the member.
5. Index HCFA, UB92, and all other mail. on web extender.
6. For appeals, send an acknowledgement letter.
7. Data enters all incoming claims to EZ-cap.
8. Mail out letters.
9. Other areas if needed.
10. Regular and consistent attendance

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, including regular and consistent attendance. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
