Job description

Eagle Brook Church is a multi-site church looking for flexible and self-motivated Facilities staff to join the on-call team. This person will assist with facilities activities to ensure clean and safe environments for campus events. Someone with a servant heart and enjoys physical activity will thrive in this role. If you love to work alongside a team and have a flexible availability, you may be a perfect candidate. 

POSITION SUMMARY

Supports campus ministries and events by helping to keep the campus clean and welcoming to attenders. Completes event set-up and tear-down duties as assigned. Reports to the Facilities Manager.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists with Facilities duties including set-up and tear-down for all campus events
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the facility (i.e., vacuuming, trash, restrooms, general cleaning, etc.)
  • Helps to maintain building furnishings, equipment, and operating systems
  • Supports safety and security for the campus
  • Distributes daily deliveries
  • Clears walkways as needed
  • Other projects as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS 

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Follower of Jesus and aligns with Eagle Brook’s nine core beliefs
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently as well as in a team setting
  • Physical ability for cleaning and operating cleaning equipment
  • Able to walk and stand up to 90% of workday
  • Lifting and loading up to 30 pounds
  • Effective communication and customer service skills
  • Flexible work hours
