Job Specifics
Location: 107 E Highland Dr, Oconto Falls, WI 54154
FTE Status: Part-Time, 0.50 FTE (20 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Hours between 7:30am-5:00pm, 2-3 days per week (5 days/pay period); No weekends or holidays

Job Description:
Responsible for nursing care under the direct supervision of the Provider/Registered Nurse. Records patient care given and reports to appropriate person with changes in patient's condition; consults with RN/Provider when uncertain about nursing or medical act; provides basic health instructions and reinforces teaching by other health team members.
Qualifications:
  • LPNs: Wisconsin LPN license required
  • CMAs: AAMA or CCMA certification required
  • Previous clinic experience preferred.
