About the Job

As a Studio Assistant , you’ll work with Ownership to oversee all aspects of a SweatHouz studio’s performance. This includes driving revenue, managing sales, ensuring operational excellence, elevating customer experience, and making a positive community impact.

The ideal candidate is a sales-driven leader with strong customer service and team management skills. You thrive in a high-energy, high-demand role where you can coach and inspire a team, hit ambitious goals, and help grow the SweatHouz brand.

Key Responsibilities

    • Player/Coach Mentality: Lead by example in implementing the SweatHouz sales model. Welcome prospective clients, provide a premium experience, and convert them into members.
    • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a team of sales associates to meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring exceptional customer service. Schedule shifts and maintain full staffing at all times.
    • Maintain Studio Excellence: Oversee studio cleanliness and ensure a consistent, elevated customer experience.
    • Community Engagement: Build relationships within your studio’s community through networking and grassroots marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborative Leadership: Participate in weekly leadership meetings to review performance metrics and collaborate on actionable plans with other studio managers.
