Co-op: An 8-month long opportunity, Co-op positions are a full-time employment experience. Co-ops are fully immersed into the worlds of corporate and production industry as a full-time team member. 
Internship: A semester long opportunity, Internships positions are a part-time employment experience. With the opportunity to extend multiple semesters, Interns tap into the foundations of our corporate and production industries. 
Co-op and Intern opportunities span across 18 of Bobcat's different functions.

Role & Responsibility
  • Support the Protection Plus business by completing invoice activities within Bobcat's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, performing record retention duties and assist with reconciliation as needed.    
  • Communicate directly with our dealer network.    
  • Assist with data analytics and reporting optimization around extended warranty metrics to help drive improvements and answer inquiries.
  • Assist with process documentation creation.   
  • Assist with writing, maintaining & testing code regarding the systems and tools that cross functional users utilize.  Working knowledge of (C#, VBA, WiX, SQL, VB.NET).    
  • Assist with training efforts with dealers and field staff to ensure a high level of competency regarding the Protection Plus offerings.
Job Requirement
  • Freshman, Sophomore, Junior or Senior standing seeking a bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering or Business Administration
  • Preferred GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Be able to commit to Doosan Bobcat for the entire term of the co-op (8 months) or internship (4 months)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail, self-motivation, and adaptability.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.
  • A self-starter who can independently resolve issues with limited guidance.
  • Team-player with a fast-learning attitude.
