Are you an experienced bookkeeping professional looking for a flexible schedule without sacrificing a professional work environment? Our client is seeking a Part-Time Bookkeeper to support daily accounting operations and keep financial records accurate and up to date. This is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on accounting work and wants a first-shift schedule totaling 24 hours per week in a stable office setting.

Compensation & Highlights:
  • Pay Rate: $27.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experience. 
  • Part-time, 24 hours per week, first shift only (no evenings, nights, or weekends). 
  • Free on-site parking, paid time off, and a collaborative, long-term team.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Bookkeeper:
  • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
  • Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Desktop.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
  • Process invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions.
  • Support financial reporting and year-end accounting activities.
